Every mooncake from Cat & the Fiddle is distinguished by the adorable CAT hugging the full moon.Staying true to its cheese-based foundation, Cat & the Fiddle's first-ever baked mooncake collection features the Parmesan Mooncake with Yolk Lava. It combines the traditional lotus and mung bean paste with Parmesan cheese for a nutty, savoury flavour profile. Slicing the mooncake reveals the salted egg yolk lava, an experience for both the palate and the eyes.
The Pistachio nut is used in a variety of desserts, and becomes even more delicious when paired with mochi. Indulge in the soft and springy Pistachio Mochi Mooncake - two ingredients that are crowd favourites in the world of desserts.Enjoy each bite paired with a cup of tea for the perfect moment to slow down in the company of loved ones.
