Think bak kut teh pasta, black pepper crab pie and a chendol-inspired pastry “bowl” complete with red bean and green jelly strips. Collaborative products in the spotlight include an egg tart ice cream, which is the brainchild of home-grown businesses egg tart specialist Tong Heng and ice cream chain Creamier.
